REFUND POLICY

At VAL Gym, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing high-quality fitness services and ensuring your experience with us is rewarding. Please review our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding refunds and cancellations.

MEMBERSHIP FEES
  • Membership fees are non-refundable except in cases where the gym is unable to provide services due to unforeseen circumstances, such as permanent closure.
  • Pro-rated refunds may be considered for long-term memberships (e.g., annual plans) if the member can provide a valid reason, such as relocation or a medical condition, supported by appropriate documentation.
Class and Program Bookings
  • Cancellation by Member:
    • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the class or program start time are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start time are non-refundable.
  • Cancellation by VAL Gym:
    • If a class or program is canceled by VAL Gym, members will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Personal Training Sessions
  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full and are non-refundable.
Exceptions
  • Refunds are not provided for promotional or discounted memberships, trial passes, or special offers unless otherwise stated in the terms of the promotion.
  • VAL Gym reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not comply with this policy.
How to Request a Refund
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] or at the reception desk.
  • Please include your full name, membership ID, the reason for the request, and any supporting documentation (if applicable).
Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.

Changes to the Refund Policy

VAL Gym reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or through an announcement on our website.
